Advento is taking over the project management for the technical implementation of the introduction of the Service Now event database at Swiss Post. Go Live! is planned for mid-2024.

During the introduction of Service Now at Swiss Post, Advento is currently also able to implement targeted solutions on a smaller project scale. Together with Swiss Post, advento is introducing the new event database for the entire group alongside the technology provider. The responsibility of advento lies in the project management of the technical implementation. The focus of the tasks to date has been to sharpen and finalise the business requirements together with Swiss Post; in addition, it should be possible to maintain the existing system standard, whereby improvements are of course sought where the employees have the greatest benefit. The introduction of the new event database is planned for mid-2024.
